The Superior Small Lodging program is a unique accommodation concept established by the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention and Visitors Bureau under a contractual agreement with Cornell University to ensure that visitors have a guide to the best small lodging choices. Superior Small Lodging properties have fewer than fifty rooms and are distinguished by their friendly ambience and personalized service. Membership in the Superior Small Lodging program is determined by an independently conducted property review process; participation is an earned privilege and members must demonstrate an ongoing commitment and adherence to the requirements of the program.
A significant number of Clearwater's accommodations were built prior to January 26, 1992; therefore, they are exempt from ADA requirements. If applicable, please check with the properties directly. |
