Bright House Clearwater Celebrates America on July 4, 2013 will kick off at 4 p.m. Featuring the largest fireworks display in the Tampa area, Clearwater Gas 'Spark the Sky,' the celebration will offer visitors the chance to experience specialty items and foods from local vendors and explore a variety of kid-friendly activities, including a children's play area in partnership with Radio Disney. The festivities will take place in downtown's beautiful Coachman Park, overlooking the water and home to some of America's most spectacular sunsets.
Clearwater has always been an incredible location for dolphin watching and even the place to meet America's most famous dolphin and star of Dolphin Tale, Winter, but more than fifty new dolphins are creating quite a buzz in Clearwater. Clearwater's Dolphins is a unique artistic initiative featuring a growing pod of more than fifty 6-foot tall fiberglass dolphins, each individually designed by a local artist and sponsored by an area business.
