In Part 3 of our "Clearwater Hotels Go Above and Beyond for Guests" stories, a front desk agent comes to the rescue at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort.

One night, the hotel was hosting a formal corporate dinner. In preparation for the event, one of the hotel's front desk agents that was scheduled to work during the dinner brought in 15 of his own ties from home in case anyone needed to borrow one for the event. Sure enough, one of the dinner attendees forgot to pack a tie but had a nice selection to choose from at the front desk.
